Privileges Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
  1. These terms and conditions (“Privileges Terms & Conditions”) relate to the “Changi Rewards Travel” programme, and they govern the use of Privileges that are available to the “Changi Rewards Travel” programme members to utilise as a member of the said programme. Unless otherwise defined in these Privileges Terms & Conditions, capitalised terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the “Changi Rewards Travel” programme terms and conditions (“Programme Terms & Conditions”).
  2. Members are able to redeem Privileges that are valid. Please refer to the expiry date stated on the Privileges passes in your Membership account.
  3. Redemption methods for Privileges may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
  4. For some redemptions, Members must log into their Membership account and enter a PIN number as provided by the Partner’s service staff in order to redeem the Privileges.
  5. Members can redeem only one (1) Privilege per transaction.
  6. CAG reserves the right to amend or withdraw any Privileges related to any particular Membership Tier at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
PRIVILEGES
1.1 FLIGHT DELAY LOUNGE
  • Flight Delay Lounge access is only available for Members with flights to or departing from Changi Airport
  • Members will be required to add their flight details here at https://www.changirewardstravel.com/en/Member/Action/Add-Flights.aspx at least 24 hours before their scheduled departure time. CAG reserves the right to withdraw this Privilege if the flight details are not accurately added.
  • Members will not be able to edit their added flight details. In the event of a flight cancellation or change, Members will have to cancel their added flight and re-add with the new flight details.
  • Please note that cancellation of added flight details is not possible less than 2 hours prior to the flight’s scheduled time of departure.
  • Members' flight details will be monitored by the flight tracking system. Lounge access will be provided to Members ('Eligible Members') with flights that were successfully added and when the flight tracking system identifies the flight as being delayed by more than 2 hours ('Delay Threshold').
  • The Delay Threshold can be announced either as one single period of delay or as a consequence of multiple incremental shorter delays, which will be determined by the flight tracking system.
  • Participating lounges are available at most but not all international airports. By adding their flight for this Privilege, Members accept that some airports may not include the participating lounges. If an airport does not include a participating lounge,Members will not be able to protect their flights with this Privilege. Participating lounges can be found at https://loungefinder.loungekey.com/. Passes to enter participating lounges are administered by LoungeKey™. Please refer to their terms and conditions here
  • This Privilege is available for most major commercial airline flights, but there are limitations of airlines or airports that do not report data to the flight tracking system regularly. Chartered airlines are not supported. Members would not be able to protect their flight with this Privilege if flight data is not available for the airline or flight.
  • Eligible Members will be notified by email and SMS based on the contact details in their Membershipaccount, which is subject to successful prior submission and lounge availability. Eligible Members will be required to display the lounge access confirmation email in order to access the lounge. The lounge access will be provided to the Eligible Member on the same day of the flight travel and cannot be used on any other day of travel. The name stated in the email confirmation will have to match the Eligible Member's name.
  • Lounge access will only be provided to Eligible Members and excludes accompanying guests.
  • In the event when an Eligible Member does not receive the confirmation email, Member may contact CAG here. Compensation by LoungeKey is limited to the issuance of a participating lounge replacement voucher, valid for up to 6 months, to be used at the next trip. The replacement vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. CAG shall not be liable to reimburse or compensate Members who accesses any lounge at their own cost and not through thisPrivilege or who incurs any out of pocket costs when accessing the airport lounge.
  • This Privilege is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  • By accessing the airport lounge, Members agree to abide by the rules and policies of the relevant airport lounge.
  • Dining options and business or conference facilities available to lounge guests may be subject to additional charges to Members, depending on the airport lounge. Members will remain solely liable for such charges and CAG will not be held liable for incurred charges.
  • Any dispute due to services provided by any participating airport lounge, losses or liability arising out of, or in connection with using such lounge shall be resolved between Members and the airport lounge. CAG will not participate in any dispute between Members and participating airport lounges.

1.2 AIRPORT SHUTTLE
  • Applicable for walk-ins, subject to availability, at Changi Airport Ground Transport Concierge counters at Terminal 1 to 4.
  • Redeem this Privilege at the point of sale.
  • Only valid for pick-up at Changi Airport.
  • For any issues during the booking process, Members can contact Woodlands Transport directly at +65 6241 3818 (24 hours).
1.3 BAGGAGE STORAGE
  • Each Privilege pass allows storage of a big/odd (defined by Baggage Storage outlet) for up to 8 hours,and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or vouchers.
  • Members can only redeem one Privilege pass in a single transaction.
  • Members can only redeem this Privilege at Baggage Storage Changi Airport outlets in Terminal and Jewel Changi Airport
1.4 AIRPORT LIMOUSINE
  • Service is provided by Avis, inclusive of Meet & Greet Service.
  • Applicable for Mercedes Benz E Class and Toyota Alphard car types.
  • Subject toGoods and ServicesTax (“GST”) at prevailing rates (currently 7%) which shall be paid by Members.
  • Includes hire of vehicle, chauffeur service, motor and commercial general public liability insurance, petrol and parking Electronic Road Pricing (“ERP”).
  • This Airport Limousine Privilege is only limited to a one-way transfer. Additional charges will be chargeable to the member for additional stops and requests.
  • Only valid for pick-up or drop-off at Singapore Changi Airport.
  • Reservations and changes should be made at least one working day in advance.
  • Cancellations are to be made with given notice of at least 12 working hours. Otherwise, cancellation charges equivalent to a one-way transfer will be imposed.
  • Night surcharges at S$15 per hour for transfer service will be imposed from services requested from11:00 pm to 6:59 am.
  • Additional stop charges at S$10 are applicable (only for transfers) per pickup for stop location(s) not more than 5km away from the original pick up/drop off point. Waiting at additional stop(s) is not permitted. An additional 1-way transfer fee per pickup will be applicable for stops that are not within the 5km limit.
  • Peak season or blackout period bookings will incur a 50% surcharge on the total cost of transfer or charter (Singapore Chinese New Year Public Holiday, Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix and Singapore Air show).
  • With regards to meeting up with the chauffeur:
    • Avis will provide the driver’s contact details to the Member during booking confirmation, allowing the Member to communicate with the driver directly to confirm the pick-up location.
    • Members can go to Avis’ counter to request for chauffeur drive service.

  • The chauffeur will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes for airport arrivals/cruise terminal arrival from the time that the flight lands/cruise docks and a maximum of 30 minutes for departures or point A to point B transfers.
  • Waiting time beyond the grace period will be subject to a late fee of 50% of the transfer fee per 30 min block (part thereof) in addition to the minimum charge for a 1-way transfer fee. Any delay caused by events beyond the passenger’s control will be looked into on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any transfer service with less than1-hour time allowance apart from the next transfer service for the same guest will be considered an hourly charter of minimum charge of 3 hours.
  • For any issues during the booking process, Members can contact Avis via call at +65 6305 1994 during operating hours from Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
  • To pre-book limousine service, Members must quote their unique promotion code when they email chauffeur@avis.com.sg.
  • Upon booking of complimentary chauffeur drive service, Members must quote the one-time use voucher promotion code, which will be applied accordingly. If a valid promotional code is not quoted, retail prices will be charged to the Member.

    1.5 LOUNGE AT CHANGI
    • Each pass is redeemable for Members and the accompanying member of their travel party, who is travelling on the same flight to or from Changi Airport.
    • Lounge access may include usage of lounge facilities, shower facilities, WiFi and charging facilities, private workstations, light meals, free-flow non-alcoholic beverages, comfortable seating, television, Flight Information Display System, international magazines and newspapers, subject to availability in the lounge.
    • Conditions of usage vary between different lounges and members acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules. Lounge operators reserve the right to modify the conditions of usage at any time without giving prior notice.
    • Each lounge visit is valid for 3 hours and members can only redeem this Privilege at one of the following lounges
      • Ambassador Transit Lounge at Terminal 3
      • KOMYUNITI at YOTELAIR in Jewel Changi
      • Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 1
      • Changi Lounge at Jewel Changi Airport
    1.6 SWIMMING POOL ACCESS
    • Members can only redeem this by walking-in at Aerotel Transit Hotel in Changi Airport Terminal 1.
    • Services include shower facilities, basic toiletries and a bottle of mineral water.
    • Valid for a maximum of 3 hours pool use.
    1.7 SNACK PACK
    • Includes 1 x drink and 1 x snack from a pre-selected list available at the redemption outlets.
    • Choice of drink and snack is subject to availability.
    • Voucher is only valid for redemption at Terminal 3.
    • Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
    1.8 ATTRACTIONS
    a) Changi Experience Studio
    Special Rate for Entrance Tickets
    • Special price of $18 for adult (U.P. $25) and $12 for child/ senior (U.P. $17)
    • Promotion is valid for purchase at the Changi Experience Studio’s ticketing counter, Jewel Concierge Counters at Level 1, 2, 5 and through Jewel Mobile App only.
    • Promotion is valid for purchase of up to 6 tickets per member.
    • Promotion is not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
    • Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to vary/amend the Changi Experience StudioT&Cs anytime without prior notice.
    1.9 LIMOS & CARS
    a) Avis Car Rental
    25% discount off car rental services (Singapore)
    • Receive complimentary GPS for 3 or more days of rental. Subject to availability during car collection.
    • Members must quote their promotion code when they pre-book online or at any of the Avis counters located in Changi Airport.

    • Additional charges may occur (e.g. refuelling, additional items, etc.).
    • Blackout dates apply.

    10% and 5% discount off Airport Limousine Service
    • Premium and Classic Members will enjoy a discount of 5% off Avis retail chauffeur drive rates.
    • Elite Members will enjoy a discount of 10% off Avis retail chauffeur drive rates.
    • Applicable for Mercedes Benz E Class, Mercedes Benz S Class, Toyota Vellfire / Alphard cars, Mercedes Viano and Buses (13-seater,23 seater and40 seater).
    • Includes hire of vehicle, chauffeur service, Meet & Greet Service (except buses category), motor and commercial general public liability insurance, petrol, parking ERP and prevailing GST.
    • Reservations and changes should be made at least 24 working hours in advance.
    • Cancellations are to be made with given notice of at least 12 working hours. Otherwise, cancellation charges equivalent to a one-way transfer will be imposed on the Member.
    • Night surcharges at S$15 to S$30 per hour (depends on the vehicle category) for transfer service will be imposed to the Member for services requested from 11:00 pm to 6:59 am.

    c) Hertz Car Rental
    Discounted chauffeur drive services (Singapore)
    • This includes airport transfer, point-to-point, half-day, and full-day itineraries.
    • Choose between the S$55 one-way transfer and S$50 per hour chauffeur services (minimum 3 hours), excl. GST.
    • Members must log into their account to access their unique promo code, which will be used to enjoy this Privilege.
    • Hertz accepts all major credit cards. The card supplied at time of booking will be used for all charges and there is no need to represent to the driver at time of the transfer. By making the reservation, Members agree to the terms and conditions and authorise cancellation and/or modification fees to be charged to their credit card.
    • Inclusions: Prevailing GST, toll and parking fee and car rental, driver service, petrol, and compulsory liability insurance.
    • Exclusions:
      • Extra hour fee:
        • Extra hour fee will apply if usage exceeds the hours allotted for the rental;
        • 10 minutes grace period (e.g. for a 2-hour airport transfer service starts at 8:00 am, extra hour fee will apply if rental completes at 10:11 am); and
        • For consecutive half-day, full-day, or intercity rental services, hours allotted may not be accumulated.
      • Extra kilometer fee:
        • Extra kilometer charge will apply if usage exceeds the kilometers allotted for the rental;
        • For consecutive rentals, kilometers allotted may accumulate (only applicable for HalfDay, FullDay, intercity service (cross border shuttle service).
      • Late-night surcharge: S$10 per hour surcharge will be applied for any usage between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am the next day.
      • Holiday Surcharge: 25% surcharge of basic rental fee applies during Chinese New Year holidays and Formula One (F1) period.
      • Overnight fee: A meal allowance of S$50 per day will be applied, with accommodation at a separate cost to be provided for the driver by the Member. Accommodation will be selected by the Member, and minimally a 2-star hotel or equivalent.
      • Add-stop fee: The airport transfer and point-to-point service provides one-way and non-stop transfer service only as standard; if members require a stop in between, extra surcharge of S$10 per stop will be applied, and toll and parking fees will also be applied.
    • Modifications made in less than one (1) business day will be subject to 50% surcharge on the rental fee applicable after the modification.
    • Cancellation of booking in more than or equal to one (1) business day:
      • Booking without modification fee
        • No surcharge
      • Booking with modification fee:
        • Original modification fee + 50% of the cancelled rental fee
    • Cancellation of booking in less than one (1) business day:
      • Booking without modification fee
        • 100% of the cancelled rental fee
      • Booking with modification fee:
        • Original modification fee + 100% of the cancelled rental fee
    • No-show will be subject to 100% of total rental fee and any modification or cancellation fee associated with the rental order.
    • All chauffeur services are subject to Hertz standard terms and conditions.

    30% discount off meeting facilities
    • Applies to the Member and accompanying guests.
    • Subject to meeting room availability.
    • Discount cannot be used in conjunction with existing promotions.
    • Members can only redeem this Privilege at Ambassador Transit Hotels in Changi Airport Terminal 3.
    b) Changi Lounge
    20% discount off meeting facilities
    • Applies to the Member and accompanying guests.

    • Offer not valid in conjunction with other promotion or discount.
    c) JetQuay Suites
    15% discount off nap suites
    • The JetQuay Suites is for single occupancy only.
    • No animals are allowed at JetQuay.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited within JetQuay Suites. A fine of SGD $500 will be imposed on anyone caught smoking.
    • Guests who book rooms with hourly usage rates are limited to a maximum of 6 hours from time of check-in. Additional hour extension available on-site. For more details, please contact JetQuay using the information found on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
    • Connecting rooms are subjected to availability. Guests can book 2 rooms and indicate a preference for connecting rooms. Per hour extension available on-site.
    • Guests arriving via Terminal 2 transit are required to clear customs through the private immigration counter at JetQuay and a valid visa to enter Singapore is required. There will be no refunds if passengers are unable to pass through immigration due to visa issues.
