Programme Terms & Conditions
1. General Conditions
  1. These terms and conditions (henceforth known as “Terms & Conditions”) govern the ‘Changi Rewards Travel’ Programme operated by CAG and their Programme Partners, and will be subject to the Changi Airport Account Terms and Conditions, which will form part of the contract between CAG and Members and Applicants. Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
  2. Applicant” refers to an individual who has submitted a request to sign up for the Programme, including where such request is submitted via the Programme’s feedback channels.
  3. "CAG" refers to Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (Registration Number 200910817N), a company incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act (Cap. 50).
  4. CAG-appointed distributor” refers to a travel agent or travel management company authorised by CAG to enrol or sell the Changi Rewards Travel membership.
  5. Membership digital card (henceforth known as “e-Card”) refers to the membership e-Card accessed via the iChangi app.
  6. Discounts” refers to offers and discounts that apply to Members during a Membership Year, according to their membership Tier status, and can be digitally redeemed via the iChangi app.
  7. e-Statement” refers to the e-mail sent to Members every month containing a summary of their account information for the dates indicated.
  8. Members” refers to individuals who have satisfied the eligibility criteria and have successfully been enrolled in and accepted by the Programme.
  9. Membership” refers to the Changi Rewards Travel membership held by a Member and could either be the free to join option, where members start at the Classic tier, or the subscription, where members are required to pay an annual subscription fee.
  10. Membership Year” refers to a period of 12 calendar months (unless otherwise stated) commencing from the successful enrolment into a particular membership tier.
  11. Partners” refers to third-party operators that provide membership privileges to Members.
  12. Privileges” refers to all benefits and discounts that apply to Members according to their respective membership Tiers. Some of these may be issued according to members’ tier, and can be digitally redeemed via the iChangi app.
  13. Programme” refers to the “Changi Rewards Travel” programme, an airport travel loyalty programme owned and administered by CAG.
  14. SGD” or "S$" refers to a value in Singapore dollars.
  15. Tiers” refers to levels of a structure in the Programme, where ”Classic” is the base tier, followed by “Premium” and ”Elite” for the Changi Rewards Travel membership..
  16. Transfer Flight” (also known as “flights that transfer through Changi”) refers to a transfer or transit itinerary via Singapore Changi Airport taken by a Member within the Membership Year, where the connecting time between the arrival and departure flights is less than 24 hours.
  17. By signing up for and participating in the Programme, Members and Applicants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions herein, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications as may be made by CAG thereto from time to time.
  18. Members and Applicants acknowledge and agree that CAG may use any information provided in relation to the Programme for such purposes, as CAG may deem necessary for marketing and promotional purposes. Members and Applicants hereby provide consent for CAG to send them any future communications and information on or in relation to the Programme.
  19. Privacy:
    1. By providing personal data to CAG, Members and Applicants hereby consent to CAG’s collection, use and disclosure of their personal data (to third party partners and vendors where necessary) for the purposes of Programme administration and for CAG to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy, which is available here.
    2. By registering for this Programme, Members consent to CAG communicating to them the benefits and entitlements of their membership (“Membership Updates”) and exclusive deals, latest events, and members-only benefits by way of email (“Membership Offers”) from CAG, CAG’s subsidiaries and related entities, or CAG’s business partners (“CAG Group”). If Members have consented to receiving Membership Offers via text messages by opting-in, any member of the CAG Group may additionally send them such communications by text message from time to time. Members may unsubscribe from Membership Offers anytime by updating their subscription preferences in the Subscription Centre or clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the footer of any Membership Offers. Please note that Members will continue to receive necessary transactional and service announcements (e.g. account statements and amendments to the Terms & Conditions) and Membership Updates even if Members have opted out of Membership Offers in the above manner. If Members write in to CAG to withdraw consent to Membership Updates, CAG will not be liable to Members if they are not notified of their Programme benefits and entitlements.
    3. In the event that an Applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria for enrolling in the Programme, the Applicant consents to CAG communicating to them the means of signing up for Changi Rewards Travel programmes for which they are eligible, and the benefits and entitlements of such membership via the email address and mobile number provided by the Applicant. Applicants may opt out by contacting CAG through the Contact Us web form.
  20. CAG gives no warranty on the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information herein. CAG reserves the right to modify the Programme including but not restricted to Membership, membership tiers, structures, benefits, subscription fees and other features, including these Terms & Conditions at any time without giving prior notice. This includes changes without limitation to the following:
    1. Partners;
    2. Rules for adding flights;
    3. Rules for utilising membership privileges; and
    4. Qualification, retention and renewal criteria for membership tiers.
  21. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Programme, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
  22. CAG reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the Terms & Conditions as posted on CAG’s website. All decisions made by CAG shall be final and conclusive in each case.
  23. CAG reserves the right to audit Members’ accounts at any time for compliance with the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  24. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall CAG be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from, or arise out of the usage of any information stated herein or the participation in the Programme.
  25. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Singapore law. Both CAG and Members hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
2. Eligibility and Enrolment
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
  1. The Programme is currently limited only to individuals who reside in Indonesia. To be eligible, an individual (regardless of nationality), must be at least 16 years of age at the date of enrolment and have a valid:
    1. Residential address in Indonesia; and
    2. Indonesia-registered mobile number.
  2. Indonesian residents, who are not Indonesian nationals, must additionally have at least one (1) of the following valid documents:
    1. Dependent Visa;
    2. Diplomatic Stay Permit;
    3. Residency Visa;
    4. Retirement Visa;
    5. Student Visa;
    6. Social Passes; or
    7. Work Permits.
  3. Members who have changed their country of residence to outside of Indonesia, may be subject to limitations in registering Transfer Flights. However, members may subscribe or renew their subscriptions, regardless of their country of residence.
  4. CAG reserves the right to request for documentation from Members at any given time, as proof to validate their country of residence.
  5. Members are not permitted to make changes to their country of residence more than once every six (6) months.
2.2 Enrolment
  1. It is the responsibility of Members to ensure that all information submitted during the enrolment process is accurate, current and complete. Members shall be solely responsible for all consequences of providing any inaccurate and incomplete information.
  2. By creating a Changi Account and enrolling into the Programme, applicants understand and accept that they will also be automatically enrolled into CAG’s ‘Changi Rewards’ programme (the “Changi Rewards Programme”). For terms and conditions related to the Changi Rewards Programme, please visit: https://www.changirewards.com/terms-conditions.aspx. Members also understand and accept the Changi Account Terms and Conditions found at: https://login.changiairport.com/static/login/files/terms_and_conditions_en.html which these Terms & Conditions are subject to, and which will form part of the contract between CAG and Members and Applicants.
  3. To enrol for membership in the Programme, applicants must provide a valid email address and valid Indonesia-registered mobile number. Applicants must also provide their first and last names as stated in their passport which will be used for validation purposes.
  4. Each individual Member can have only one (1) membership account. The Programme does not accept any duplication of email addresses and mobile numbers. Corporations and other legal entities may not be enrolled as Members in the Programme.
  5. CAG reserves the right to reject any application for membership at its sole discretion.
  6. Mandatory fields in the application forms must be completed by applicants and incomplete application forms shall not be accepted and/or processed.
  7. All information provided by Members in their personal profile must be valid, accurate and kept up-to-date. Members are responsible for updating their personal profile promptly, notably changes relating to their eligibility for the Programme, including but not limited to, Indonesia-registered mobile number. For changes to their passport name, Members will have to contact CAG through the Contact Us web form.
3. Membership
  1. Eligible persons may participate by enrolling into the Programme via the Programme website, the iChangi App, or by other means as determined by CAG from time to time at its sole discretion.
  2. There are two ways to enrol into the Programme:
    1. If Members have chosen to subscribe to Changi Rewards Travel, they may obtain either Premium or Elite Tier status upon successful payment for the service. They will also get immediate access to the Privileges that come with their respective Membership Tier, upon enrolment of Membership and successful payment..
    2. If Members have chosen to join for free and earn their privileges and tier status, Members will earn Transfer Flights, which may then be used to advance in the various Membership Tiers, and to enjoy the Privileges for the respective Membership Tiers.
  3. Changi Rewards Travel’s free to join Membership and subscription are separate and distinct from one another, and Members shall only follow the Terms & Conditions set out herein that are applicable to each Membership.
  4. Changi Rewards Travel reserves the right to change the Membership privileges the Programme at any time at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
  5. By enrolling into the Programme, Members shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions of the Programme.
  6. Members may cancel their Membership at any time and all Transfer Flights and unutilised Membership Privileges will be rendered invalid immediately, and will no longer be available for use by Members. Members may cancel their membership of either the Programme or the Changi Rewards Programme, or both. Cancellation of membership to the Programme does not result in the automatic cancellation of membership to the Changi Rewards Programme, and vice versa.
  7. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to CAG through the Contact Us web form. Once CAG receives a duly completed web form of a Member, CAG shall send the Member a confirmation email indicating the termination of the Member’s account. Upon cancellation of Membership, Members may reapply for a new membership in the Programme at a later date, but no prior Privileges, Tiers and Transfer Flights registered will be reinstated to Members’ new account
  8. Membership accounts are non-transferable. Membership Privileges, Tiers and Transfer Flights cannot be transferred sold or bartered.
  9. CAG reserves the right to terminate a Membership at any time at its sole discretion without compensation if any Member is suspected of misconduct or suspected of carrying out any action deemed to be detrimental to the interests of CAG, the Programme and/or any Partners. Members shall be held responsible for compensation, litigation and operational costs associated with any misconduct.
  10. Membership will be terminated immediately upon death of Members (when reported). All registered Transfer Flights and unused Privileges outstanding at the time of death will be automatically cancelled. Transfer of cumulative Transfer Flights and Privileges to Members’ relevant next-of-kin or other Members is strictly prohibited. k. If Members suspect or learn of any fraudulent activity relating to their accounts, including, without limitation, unauthorised access to account, unauthorised use of any Membership Privileges or registration of Transfer Flights, Members must report the fraudulent activity, within 60 days of it occurring, to CAG through the Contact Us web form. Changes to any Privileges or Transfer Flights in question to Members’ accounts will be at CAG's sole discretion.
3.1 Membership Year and Activation
Subscribing to Changi Rewards Travel
  1. Members may choose to subscribe to Changi Rewards Travel and pay for the subscription fee, via either:
    1. Direct subscription on the Programme website, in which event:
      1. The start date of Membership shall be the date on which a Member makes successful payment for the Membership;
      2. Payments may be settled with valid immediate payment options available at the Programme website or the iChangi App. If payment is not accepted during the payment process, membership registration will be deemed as not submitted. Members may either attempt to make payment using a different credit and/or debit card, or CAG through the Contact Us web form and quote the payment reference and error code; or
    2. A selected CAG-appointed distributor, in which event:
      1. The start date of Membership shall be the date on which a Member makes successful payment online; or the date on which an account activation email is sent to the Member for payment successfully made via the respective CAG-appointed distributor.
  2. Members may choose to subscribe to either the “Premium” or “Elite” Tier. Each tier comes with its corresponding suite of Privileges and Discounts.
  3. Yearly subscription fee is priced at SGD139 for the Premium Tier and SGD399 for the Elite Tier respectively, including any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A) of Singapore (or a tax of a similar nature which may be or become chargeable or imposed by the competent authorities). CAG reserves the right to change the subscription fees corresponding to the respective Membership Tiers at any time at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
  4. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon confirmation of payment received from the Member including upon the termination of the subscription service at any point of the Membership Year.
  5. Upon the expiry of the subscription service, a Member’s account and Membership will be automatically converted to a Classic Tier account. From here, they may either choose to continue in the Classic Tier and advance to a higher Tier of Membership by successfully registering the required number of Transfer Flights within the Membership Year for the Classic Tier, or re-subscribe to either Premium or Elite Tiers again.
  6. Members may subscribe and renew their subscription service before the expiry of their existing Membership through digital subscription via https://www.changirewardstravel.com/id/Member/Action/PurchaseRenewMembership.aspx. The new Membership Year will commence from the date of successful renewal of the Membership. Members who renew their Membership prior to the expiration of their current Membership Year will be able to utilise any Privileges accumulated during the current Membership Year in the subsequent Membership Year, so long as these Privileges are not expired.
Joining Changi Rewards Travel for free
  1. If Members have chosen to join Changi Rewards Travel for free, they will earn their tier status and associated privileges by successfully registering the required number of Transfer Flights. The below shall also apply.
  2. Members’ Membership Year shall commence from one of the following three dates, where relevant:
    1. The date that the Member enrols into the Programme;
    2. The date that the Member renews their Membership Tier; or
    3. The date that the Member’s account is changed to a new Membership Tier.
  3. Members are required to register a minimum number of Transfer Flights in order to advance to each respective Tier in the Membership Year.
  4. A Member may advance to a higher Tier of Membership (henceforth known as “Tier Upgrade”) by successfully registering the required number of Transfer Flights within the Membership Year for the Tier.
  5. Upon a Member advancing to a higher Tier of Membership, the new Membership Year for a Member will start from the date of successful registration of the Transfer Flight which led to the Member becoming eligible for a Tier Upgrade.
  6. Once a Member has enjoyed a Tier Upgrade, the number of Transfer Flights associated with a Member’s account will be reset to zero. Any privileges which the Member has earned from the previous Membership Year will be available for redemption to the Member until the expiration of these privileges. Any Discounts which the Member was eligible for during the previous Membership Year will be replaced by the Discounts applicable to the new Membership Tier, with the exception of any sign-up offers which will be valid until their respective expiry dates.
  7. All cumulative Transfer Flights registered in the Member’s account shall be reset to zero upon any of the following: Tier Upgrade, Tier Downgrade or Tier renewal; when membership reaches the Premium or Elite Tier; or at the end of the Membership Year.
  8. Classic Tier: Members with five (5) or less Transfer Flights registered within the Membership Year will qualify for the Classic Tier in their subsequent Membership Year.
  9. Premium Tier: Upon successful registration of the 6th Transfer Flight within the Membership Year, Classic Tier Members will be advanced to the Premium Tier.
  10. Elite Tier: Upon successful registration of the 12th Transfer Flight within the Membership Year, Premium Tier Members will be advanced to the Elite Tier.
  11. At the end of the Members’ Membership Year for all membership Tiers, Members’ accounts will be downgraded or renewed based on the eligibility criteria for the respective Tiers.
  12. Elite Tier Members shall be eligible to renew their Elite Tier Membership instantly, upon registering 12 Transfer Flights within the Membership Year.
  13. Any upgrade, downgrade or renewal of membership Tiers will take up to 48 hours to be reflected on Member’s account.
  14. CAG reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria for membership Tiers at any time at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
  15. Upon the expiry of a Member’s Membership, the Member may be downgraded to a lower Membership Tier if the Member fails to be eligible for the current Membership Tier (henceforth known as “Tier Downgrade”), based on the number of Transfer Flights in the Member’s account. In such an event, the new Membership Year for a Member who has undergone a Tier Downgrade will start from the date of the Tier Downgrade.
  16. Within the Membership Year, Members may opt to subscribe to the Premium or Elite Tiers of the Programme by logging into their account. Upon commencement of their subscription service, a new Membership Year will commence. The number of Transfer Flights registered in a Member’s account will be rescinded and the Member will no longer be permitted to register Transfer Flights in their account under the subscription. Any privileges which the Member has earned from the previous Membership will be available for redemption to the Member until the expiration of these privileges. The discounts available to the Member will be replaced in accordance with the new subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, Members will have to use any sign-up offers within their respective validity periods.
  17. CAG reserves the right to change the Membership renewal criteria at any time at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
  18. Members who have a new Membership Tier in effect, can continue to redeem any existing unutilised privilege passes until their expiration date. Discounts will be replaced in accordance to the new Membership Tier, with the exception of sign-up offers.
3.2 Registration of Transfer Flights
  1. Members who are on an active subscription Membership year are not entitled to register their Transfer Flights in order to gain access to a higher Membership Tier.
  2. For Members who have joined for free,
    1. For Transfer Flights to be registered:
      • The first Transfer Flight must be taken after confirmation of Membership enrolment;
      • One (1) Transfer Flight is made up of an arrival flight into and a departure flight from Changi Airport taken by a Member within the Membership Year, with connecting time of less than 24 hours. In the event that two separate boarding passes of both flights are uploaded, Members must pair an arrival flight and a departure flight to form one (1) Transfer Flight;
      • Duplicate submissions of Transfer flights will not be considered.
    2. Members can only register a Transfer Flight by taking and submitting a picture of the barcode on their boarding passes onto the iChangi App or the Changi Rewards Travel website. No alternative methods to register Transfer Flights are acceptable.
    3. Members can register their Transfer Flights up to fourteen (14) days after the departure time of the arrival or departure flight.
    4. By submitting their boarding pass to CAG, Members understand and agree that all personal information set out in the boarding pass shall be subsequently retrieved and used by CAG for verification.
    5. Members are encouraged to submit their boarding pass as soon as they receive them.
    6. The Member’s name on the boarding pass that has been submitted must match the Member’s passport name as provided by the Member at the time of registration.
    7. Members should only submit their boarding pass of a particular arrival or departure flight once. In the event that a new boarding pass is issued due to various reasons such as but not limited to last-minute upgrades, flight delays, etc., Members must submit the latest boarding pass to register for the Transfer Flight.
    8. The registered Transfer Flights will be reflected in the Member’s account within 48 hours from the time that the respective departure flight from Singapore Changi Airport takes off, or the time of submission of the Member’s boarding passed, whichever is later.
    9. In the event that a Member’s account reflects an inaccurate number of Transfer Flights, the Member shall be responsible for informing CAG of any errors within 14 days of receiving their monthly e-Statement.
    10. In the event of a dispute, CAG reserves the right to reject any submission of Transfer Flights at its sole discretion, as well as request for proof of travel, such as a valid boarding pass and/or e-itinerary, at any given time. All decisions made by CAG shall be final and conclusive.
    11. If any Transfer Flights registered by a Member are found to be fraudulent, such will be voided and the Member’s account will be suspended and/or terminated by CAG.
3.3 Access Restrictions
  1. Members may not assist third parties in accessing membership details in an unauthorized manner, including by sharing their login credentials, payment details or providing any content or other materials that they may have obtained through the Programme.
  2. Members shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information, account and payment details and for all usage or activity on their Membership account. Such responsibility expressly extends to any purchases made or other charges incurred on their credit card in connection with use (or an authorised third party’s use) for the Membership.
  3. Some features of the Membership account may be accessible only by using a particular kind of device – for example, an iOS or Android-enabled phone, with a compatible version of application or software. For the avoidance of doubt, CAG shall not provide any refund for any order placed or any subscription fees paid by a Member if the subscription service is not compatible to their device.
  4. Certain aspects of the Membership service may not be available for use in every jurisdiction, and CAG shall not be held liable or required to refund any fees paid by a Member if the subscription service is not available for such reason. In addition, if a particular benefit or service expires and/or is no longer available to Members, CAG will not issue any refund in respect of fees paid for those services.
4. Utilisation of Membership Privileges
  1. Members shall be eligible to redeem and enjoy such Privileges that are issued in accordance with their Membership Tiers’ status.
  2. Membership Privileges can be accessed via the iChangi app or Changi Rewards Travel website once a Member has logged in to their account.
  3. All Privileges are non-transferrable and can only be used by a Member who is the registered account holder. Certain discounts may be applicable to accompanying guests of the registered Member, depending on the terms and conditions of the respective discounts Partner.
  4. All Privileges have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. All Privileges shall not be bartered or sold.
  5. Members must follow the redemption methods, unless otherwise specified, for Privileges which are available at: https://www.changirewardstravel.com/About/About-Your-Privileges.aspx in order to redeem and utilise the Privileges. Members may also be required to provide proof of identification such as their passport and/or boarding pass by Partners in order to redeem or utilise their Privileges.
  6. Redemption of Privileges are final. There will be no refund of Privileges once a transaction to redeem is completed.
  7. CAG reserves the right to amend or withdraw any Privileges related to a particular Membership Tier at any time at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
  8. Once issued, Privilege passes are valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue. The date of issue is either of the following: the start of the Membership Year; the date of Membership Tier Upgrade or Tier Downgrade; or the purchase of a Membership Tier (for the different Tiers, the date of issue may differ depending on the selected channel of purchase of the respective Tier). For the avoidance of doubt, Privilege passes are available for redemption until their expiration date, as long as Members remain Members of the Programme, regardless of any change in their Tier status.
  9. Discounts, with the exception of sign-up offers, are valid during the Membership Year in accordance with the Member’s Membership Tier and may be replaced or removed at CAG’s discretion.
  10. In the event of any dispute regarding the use of Privileges, all decisions made by CAG shall be final and conclusive.

5. Conditions of Sale for Changi Rewards Travel Subscriptions
5.1 Processing and Payment
  1. CAG reserves the right to reject a Member’s subscription or purchase request at any time.
  2. If a Member’s initial payment authorisation is later revoked, their subscription or access will be terminated upon the revocation.
  3. All charges on subscriptions and services are non-refundable, including when Members terminate their subscriptions before the expiry of the Membership Year.
  4. By subscribing to Changi Rewards Travel, Members acknowledge that all information provided during the order process is true and correct (including all credit card information), and that Members are the authorised holders of the credit card.
5.2 Pricing
  1. When Members subscribe to Changi Rewards Travel, the subscription fee will be specified during the order process. Members agree to pay the subscription fee that is stated at the time of the order, as well as any applicable taxes.
    • Any applicable discount eligibility shall be determined at the time of the order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
    • CAG reserves the right to change the fees for the subscription at any time.
    • CAG also reserves the right to make changes to the structure of the subscription, without any prior notice, and at any time. If CAG temporarily reduces or eliminates the subscription fee, Members shall not be eligible to receive a refund for the difference in the subscription fee that the Member may have previously paid or are currently paying.
    • As the applicable taxes may vary, CAG is not able to notify Members in advance of changes in applicable taxes.
    • If a stated subscription fee is erroneously stated, as determined by CAG in our sole discretion, CAG is not under any obligation to offer Members the subscription at that erroneously stated subscription fee.
    • When Members access their subscription on a mobile device or a computer, they may incur charges from their network service provider, such as telecommunications fees or data fees. These charges are not included in the subscription, and Members shall be solely responsible for paying these charges separately. CAG will accept no liability in respect of any additional costs under any circumstances.
    • If Members believe they are being incorrectly charged for a subscription or service, they must contact CAG through the Contact Us web form.
    5.3 Promotions
    1. From time to time, CAG may offer promotions applicable to the Changi Rewards Travel Membership. The specific terms and conditions for each promotion will be stated at the time the promotion is offered. Each promotion may be different and unless otherwise stated, promotions are exclusive and may not be combined.
    2. CAG will not notify Members in advance that any promotion is about to end.
    6. Subscribing to Changi Rewards Travel via CAG-Appointed Distributors

    6.2 Payment and Membership Account Activation
    1. Members will have the option of either making payment through CAG-appointed distributors or making an online payment themselves.
      1. For payment made via CAG-appointed distributors:
        • Members will receive an email with payment confirmation.
        • Members will be required to follow instructions in the email received, in order to activate their Membership account online, by the date stated in the email.
        • Membership Year will commence from the date on which the account activation email is sent to the Member.
      2. For self-service payment made online:
        • The CAG-appointed distributor will pre-register for Members and Members will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with payment and activation of their Membership account online, by the date stated in the email.
        • Membership Year will commence from the date of successful payment.
    2. Membership Privileges will only be activated upon successful activation of the Member’s account.
    3. Before payment is completed, personal particulars previously submitted during the registration process by the CAG-appointed distributor such as mobile number, country of residence and email address will not be editable. Subsequent changes, (with the exception of passport name) can be made by logging in through the Member’s login page upon successful activation of the Member’s account.
    4. If Members suspect or learn of any fraudulent activities by any CAG-appointed distributor, they should inform CAG immediately by contacting CAG through the Contact Us web form.
    7. Indemnity
    1. CAG shall not be held responsible for any disputes or claims that may occur between a Member and the appointed distributors, or Partners, or another third party, and CAG shall not be liable for any costs, damages, losses or expenses related to such disputes.
    2. Members agree that they will indemnify and hold harmless CAG, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors (for the purpose of this Clause 8, each an “Indemnified Party”) from and against all claims, demands, chose in action, judgments, suits, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis and including solicitor and client costs) and all other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or in connection with the Member’s participation in the Programme.
